Our diverse team of telecommunication professionals includes project managers, microwave transmission engineers, field engineers, installation and test technicians, site development specialists, HR professionals, sales and marketing staff. Marty Snyder
President, CEO
Marty has been a leader in the wireless industry since 1994 and has been involved in the development of wireless communication sites across America. He has helped to guide AT into one of the nation's largest wireless backhaul integration companies, which has been at the forefront of fiber/microwave backhaul networks in the United States. Before forming AT, he was a founding member of Global Towers, a tower management and development company. Marty helped to develop the network deployment organization that launched one of the first PCS wireless networks in North America. As a consultant to many wireless operators, Marty has helped plan and deploy networks across the US. At ALLTEL, he provided management services to the company's senior leadership team, assisting to develop 8 PCS markets throughout the Southeastern United States. As a consultant to Omnipoint PCS (now T-Mobile) he assisted the management team in developing PCS networks for the New England region. Marty is an avid mountaineer and rock climber and lives in Santa Barbara, CA.

Deborah Hatchell
VP, Administration
Deborah oversees all aspects of AT's corporate administration, including human resources, finance, and business administration. Her high level of organizational excellence and administrative leadership provide support and valuable assistance to all members of the AT family. Deborah ensures that AT team members are valued, cared for, and enjoy working with the company. Before joining AT in 2002, she was VP of Operations at CATken Soup for the Soul Enterprises, Inc. She spent 10 years as a business management consultant and was the president of the National Association of Professional Organizers. Deborah was also once a general building contractor in California, holding B-1 and C-54 licenses. She is the author of a book for teenagers, has a grown son, Jason, and lives in Ventura County, CA, with her husband, Jim.

Mike Steingrebe
CFO
Mike has almost 30 years senior level financial management combined with hands on senior and strategic management roles with a number of industrial and technology companies ranging in size from Fortune 50 to early stage start-ups. His background includes international experience in Europe and Asia, and he has helped raise over $100 million in equity financing from both financial and strategic investors. Mike was CEO of CW Industries, Inc as well CFO and COO for V.T Mobile, Inc. and EnVysion, LLC and Divisional Controller of Dovatron International, Inc. Mr. Steingrebe is currently a Director and Audit Committee Member for an OTC Company that manufactures solar panels and he also sits on the Advisory Board for two early stage technology companies. Mr. Steingrebe has a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Marv Buffington
Senior Director, Microwave Engineering
Marv is responsible for the technical oversight of AT's microwave engineering team. He is a hands-on professional with extensive experience in the design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operations of microwave networks, as well as project and business management in the same line. Before joining AT in 2007, Marv was the Director of System Deployment for WorldCom Broadband Solutions. Before that he was the Director of Operations at JEFA International for 9 years and a Senior Program Manager for Davis and Associates, an internationally renowned consulting, engineering, and project management company. He started his microwave telecommunications career in 1973 working for MCI (pre-WorldCom). Marv has professional memberships and affiliations with IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), NARTE (National Association of Radio and Telecommunication Engineers), PMI (Project Management Institute), the American Marketing Association, and the American Management Association. Marv and his wife live in Plano, Texas.

Mark Gonzalez
Director, Microwave Engineering
Mark provides oversight, leadership and training to AT's transmission and field engineers in addition to leading an important quality Control function in which he incorporates considerable technical expertise for verifying customer deliverables. He mentors many of our team members and is a key contributor to the overall corporate culture of AT. With a degree in electrical engineering, Mark developed and managed a team that surveyed more than 20,000 paths across the United States, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. He worked closely with the developers of the software Pathloss 4, and has experience in preliminary system design, microwave network system design, microwave site surveys, terrain analysis, topograpAT GIS mapping analysis, microwave path surveys and analysis, reflection/multipath, and final route design analysis. He lives with his wife, Blanca, in Georgia.

Peter D. Voronin
Project Manager
Peter has over 35 years of experience in Telecommunications Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. He successfully blends technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. He is one of those difficult-to-find senior managers who understands both wireless and wireline data communications. Prior to joining AT, Peter has worked in several complex and high-growth communication service providers specializing in the wireless sector. Starting out as a field engineer with Local Area Telecommunications, Inc. a business based in NYC & one of the first By-pass companies to compete with the local Telcos, and within a ten-year period rose to the position of Sr. Director overseeing the Engineering, Operation, Installation, Network Management Center and the Logistics/Warehouse groups. Peter received his initial communication training when he served in the US Air Force as a Telecommunications Systems Control Specialist. Peter holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queensborough College New York, NY.

Sidney Roberts
Project Manager>/span>
Sid Roberts has over 28 years of telecommunications experience, with 20 of those years directly in the wireless operator segment. Prior to joining AT, Sid was Vice President of Systems Engineering at Open Range Communications, a WiMAX operator serving rural America, where he had end-to-end technical responsibility for customer premise equipment, radio access and back haul engineering, as well as design and implementation of the IP core. A large portion of Sids experience comes from nearly 15 years with McCaw/AT&T and AT&T Wireless, where he was Director of RAN Engineering and spent 7 years with the International division, where he supported business development and managed design and deployment of GSM networks all around the world. In this role and others, Sid has focused on the strategic aspects of business, responding to RFPs, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing third parties to accomplish large projects for a tier 1 operator. Before coming to AT&T Wireless, he spent 8 years in the U.S. Defense industry with Rockwell International and Martin Marietta modeling and designing high frequency radio systems and satellite based communications networks. Sid has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. in Telecommunications from The University of Denver. He resides in Denver with his wife, Barbara, and their three sons.

Rick Brannon
Director, Project Managment Office
Rick is responsible for managing AT projects for a variety of customers. He works with each of the departments within AT, coordinating their efforts to achieve the top quality results our customers have come to expect. Prior to joining AT, Rick gained experience working in a wide range of telecom industry positions over the past 28 years. While working for large organizations such as ATT Wireless and Cingular, he held the positions of engineering manager, vendor manager and field operations manager. In the early years of his career, he worked as a field technician, responsible for cellular system and satellite earth station operations. Rick was the founder and CEO of Wireless Systems Consulting, a firm delivering cellular system design engineering services to customers throughout the US, which was acquired by BCI in 1998. He also worked overseas for two years, during which time he was responsible for leasing and zoning approval of green field cellular towers on various Caribbean islands. During his time at AT, Rick has managed many microwave backhaul designs for Clearwire, and a Clearwire/Sprint PCS trial of carrier ethernet backhaul. He and his wife Denise reside outside of Charlottesville, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of VA.

Wade McKin
Microwave Engineering Manager
Wade McKin is the Microwave Engineering Manager for Allied Telecomss (AT). With over 30 years in the wireless industry he is an experienced RF design engineer and personnel manager. Wade has designed and deployed wireless systems across the United States and abroad. He has also built teams of engineering and operational personnel to project manage, design and deploy wireless networks. His wireless career began in 1980 while in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Electronics Technician. He has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of AT's team of Microwave Transmission Engineers.

Don Thinschmidt
Senior Microwave Transmission Engineer
Don is a senior member of one of the most diverse and talented microwave design teams in the industry. With over 30 years of path design experience on 4 continents, he joined AT in 2006 to produce backhaul designs for companies such as AT&T, Clearwire and Sprint. During that time, Don was the chief architect and co-creator of PathDesigner, a software suite that automated path design efficiencies to a level previously unseen in the industry. Prior to joining AT, Don served as co-founder of Wavelink International, Director of Wireless Engineering at WinStar Communications, Manager of Engineering at Microwave Designs International, as well as Microwave Project Engineer and Capacity Planning Engineer at MCI Communications. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Spectrum Managers Association and well as Chairman of NSMA Working Group 23 LMDS/38 GHz Coordination Procedures. Don is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin, FCC Radiotelephone First Class Licensee and the holder of an Advanced Class Amateur Radio Operator license. Don and his wife live in the Telecom Corridor in the Richardson/Plano/Garland area.

Joe Reed
Field Survey Department Manager
Joe brings over 20 years of telecommunications and leadership experience to AT. He got his start in the U.S. Air Force where he earned his degree in Electronics Systems Technology. While in the Air Force he served in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. There he led a team that provided communications to over 5,000 personnel. Following the military, Joe worked as the chief engineer for several radio stations, then he joined a company where he designed and installed point-to-multi-point wireless networks across the U.S. Joe has a broad range of experience that includes design, installation, and turn-up of simple and complex networks. Joe joined AT in 2007 as a field surveyor, and now leads the department as the department manager. In his spare time, Joe enjoys bicycling, and working a variety of sporting events to include officiating collegiate track and field events. He resides in his hometown of Emporia, KS.

Stephan M Clancy
Field Services Manager
Steve is a 34-year veteran of leadership in the telecommunications industry. His career includes tenures with ROLM Corp., IBM, Siemens, Telux, Alcatel, Skytel and MCI/WorldCom. During his tenure as Skytel's director of construction, Steve led the project of the two-way messaging network of over 5000 locations nationwide. As Alcatel's senior program manager he managed a team on significant fixed wireless projects such as Coastal Energy's $14 million dollar 82 hop microwave network for control and management of the nations largest natural gas pipeline system as well as the Indiana state police microwave network which allowed state wide communication in a seamless network saving the state over $1 million dollars per annum. Steve has developed extensive experience in operations and customer support throughout his career. At MCI/WorldCom as director of the broadband solutions group he was instrumental in reducing product time to market by over 30% and significantly reduced lab certification time by over 65%. During his time at Telux, Steve developed and implemented the automated sales tools in use today. Steve is a strong people manager and has been able to reduce cost and increase productivity in all of his assignments through motivated people under his guidance with a lead by example and hands on approach.

Jim Bruno
PM Engineer
Jim has over 12 years of professional experience in Information Technology, with extensive experience in design, maintenance, training and operations of microwave networks, as well as project and business management. With a degree in electrical engineering, Jim has designed more than 1000 Microwave links in his career. Prior to working for AT, Jim was Senior Microwave Engineer for Duke Energy managing a $50 million project with 3 of his colleagues, over a 5 year span. He also worked for Harris Corporation as Senior Technical Instructor providing over 10,000 hours of Engineering and Technical training in more than 20 countries in Europe, Africa, Caribbean and North & South America. Jim is originally from Montreal, Quebec Canada and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.

Van Oler
Network Transport Delivery
Van is responsible for Network Engineering project oversight. He has ten years of experience as a commissioned officer in military communications, including service as a U.S. Army Ranger, and more than a decade in the commercial telecommunications sector with Verizon Wireless, Motorola, and AT&T Mobility. He has helped numerous customers use the industry-standard Granite database to document the design and use of their wireless networks. From 2004-2006, Van served in Iraq leading the design and construction of voice and data infrastructure (both wired and wireless) at a number of locations of interest to the Department of Defense. Van has a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Maryland along with his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Van and his wife Jennifer reside in Cincinnati, where he also serves as Director of Hockey Operations for the University of Cincinnati's ice hockey team.

Eileen C. Gaynor
Network Engineering and Optimization
Eileen has served as a National Account Manager for Verizon Communications, Inc. with 25 years of experience generating, growing and protecting revenue in the highly competitive telecommunications market. With a primary focus on technical sales of SONET based, high-speed data and Ethernet services, Eileen is accomplished in meeting the product and budgetary needs of a varied customer base. She has served new entrants such as Cricket Communications and Metro PCS as well as established industry leaders AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile in Wireless, IXC, LEC and CLEC markets. Eileen has 1 son, Francis, currently serving in the United States Air Force. Eileen earned her BA from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA and graduated Summa Cum Laude. A native Philadelphian, Eileen resides in nearby Bucks County and enjoys spending her free time as a volunteer for resident activities at Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home.
