Salaries are competitive and based on experience and skill sets, as well as the position's responsibilities. Salary increases are awarded for an increase in experience and skills, added responsibilities, company profitability, and departmental profitability.

All AT employees are eligible for a bonus based on length of time with the company, job performance, contributions, overall company profitability, and departmental profitability.

Medical Coverage & Insurance
The PPO plan is covered by CIGNA and includes dental, vision, and prescription coverage for a minimal co-pay. A flexible spending account allows pre-tax dollars to pay for medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, dependent-care costs, orthodontia, and laser vision correction. Training & Education
